Santa Clarita - Acton Ride

This ride through the upper desert starts at the Washington Mutual Bank/Vons Market parking lot. Take the Sand Canyon exit from Highway 14 (Antelope Freeway) and go one block North. The start is on the Southwest corner of Soledad Canyon and Sand Canyon roads. The start is about 57 miles from Thousand Oaks.

This ride is an intermediate (Gold) ride. The ride is can be very pleasant. Moderate slopes, no big hills. Depending on the time of the year, the wind can be factor.

South Continue on Sierra Highway for 22 miles
lots of downhills!
