Two Terrible Tujungas Tour (Truncated)

This ride makes two passes through the Angeles Forest. In between, you visit Santa Clarita and Acton. There's a really nice cafe on the descent down Angeles Forest called Hidden Springs Cafe that is worth the stop. This ride is a tough ride by any standards. It packs 8000 feet of climbing into its 72 mile course. I don't know what is "truncated" about this route. It delivers everything you could hope for and more. This ride comes by courtesy of our friends in the L.A. Wheelmen.

This starts at the East end of the Valley just off the 210. The start is at the Lakeview Terrace Rec Center. This is on Foothill near the Osborne Street exit from 210. If you have a GPS, the coordinates are 34° 16' 30.6" N and 118° 22' 18.0" W.
