These camps are designed to help recreational riders and racers improve their riding skills, learn about fitness, training, diet, bike fit, and more, while having lots of fun.

 Features of all Camps:

Camps run from Sunday dinner through Friday lunch (except Tuscany! which runs Sunday to Sunday).

Riding groups are determined by individual ability level, C/P matches you according to a questionnaire that you complete. Each group is assigned to a coach.

World-class instruction with a ratio of staff to participants of 5:1, including support staff and coaches.

Each Camp concludes with Awards night where prizes are given away from various sponsors including Pearl Izumi, Giro, Oakley, and a set of Spinergy Wheels will be raffled!

Minimum age requirement is 14. Camps are unchaperoned.

NO Maximum age, but they expect riders in their 50's & 60's. The average age of our participants is 35-50, less than half race.

ALL RIDES ARE SAGGED.

Bicycling Magazine contributing editor Laura Peycke Former National Team Member. Ray Browning 7-time Ironman distance champion triathlete. Master's degree Biomechanics/UCLA. Author of Serious Training for Serious Athletes with Rob Sleamaker. Ron Kiefel 10 years as a top American professional. Eve Stephenson Former National & World Team member. World Championship medallist in the Team Time Trial. Skip Hamilton Coach, author Nancy Schierholt Massage Therapist. Formerly with the Coors Light Cycling Team.
