These camps are designed to help recreational riders and racers improve their riding skills, learn about fitness, training, diet, bike fit, and more, while having lots of fun.
Camps run from Sunday dinner through Friday lunch (except Tuscany! which runs Sunday to Sunday).
Riding groups are determined by individual ability level, C/P matches you according to a questionnaire that you complete. Each group is assigned to a coach.
World-class instruction with a ratio of staff to participants of 5:1, including support staff and coaches.
Each Camp concludes with Awards night where prizes are given away from various sponsors including Pearl Izumi, Giro, Oakley, and a set of Spinergy Wheels will be raffled!
Minimum age requirement is 14. Camps are unchaperoned.
NO Maximum age, but they expect riders in their 50's & 60's. The average age of our participants is 35-50, less than half race.
