General Ride Schedule
Below is a general schedule of the rides we offer on a regular basis. All rides start at "The Landing" unless otherwise indicated below. Holiday and "Away" rides may vary with respect to start time and location. To receive specific ride information you must be a current member and subscribe to CVC Ride Announcements. Non-members who are visiting or wish to ride with CVC on a trial basis may email the CVC President for more information. All cyclists must adhere to ride safety rules. All riders under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent.

SATURDAY (5 rides to choose from)
Mellow Yellow: 20-25 miles, 12-14 mph pace Gold: 30-40 miles, 13-15 mph pace, moderate climbing Orange Light: 35-50 miles, 13-15 mph pace, above average climbing Orange: 40-50 miles, 14-16 mph pace, above average climbing Red: 50-60 miles, 15+ mph average, extensive climbing SUNDAY Sunday Social: 20+ miles, 13+ mph pace, moderate climbing Alternate Sundays-Mountain Bike Ride Tuesday/Thursday Morning Rides: See weekly announcement Wednesday Evenings 5:30 Social Summer Pub Ride - seasonal): 20+ miles, 13+ mph pace Ride & post-ride social gathering starting from various area restaurants/pubs. Start location/Route announced in weekly email. Thursday Evening 5:30: Mountain Bike Ride: 9-14 miles, moderate climbing Rides from various local trailheads meet every other Thursday at 5:30PM. Routes typically require an intermediate level of MTB skill (not suitable for MTB beginners) with many suitable for a stronger gravel bike rider. Lights needed during the early spring/late fall and winter seasons. Details provided to club members in weekly announcements. |
